Missions

Cleans, maintains and tidies up the rooms (making the bed, changing the linen…), sanitary facilities, windows and common areas (corridors, hall, stairs …) of the hotel establishment.

Informs the manager of any anomalies found (faulty lighting, water leaks, …).

Applies precise methods and ensures that customer privacy is respected.

May also take part in linen maintenance, storage and inventory, may replace the linen maid on her days off.

Interpret oral and written instructions, room occupancy schedules and service sheets.

Choose the appropriate cleaning products for the different phases of cleaning.

Use and maintain the most common appliances and installations.

Possess notions of foreign languages (English in particular).

Perform minor repairs to common household appliances.

Conditions
Position provided with board and lodging.To be filled from the end of November to the beginning of May.
Compensation according to experience between €1,500 and €1,600 net.
The job is carried out alone or in pairs, in contact with customers. The activity involves standing and coming and going on the floors, with multiple light handling and sometimes moving bulky objects (mattresses, box springs…). A pre-established work schedule must be respected. Sundays and public holidays are working days. The job requires compliance with health and safety standards and the application of current regulations. The wearing of professional clothing is regulated by the establishment.
